Science and Aesthetics

In a former TÁMOP project, in November 2011 we had an open day at the ELTE Faculty of Science. An exhibition was part of this workshop where we presented some of our images taken by the Quanta 3D scanning electron microscope. Our aim was not to present the scientific results, but the aesthetics of the images which were originally black and white. The colouring of the images does not carry any scientific content, it reflects the artists’ imagination only. Keep it in mind when exploring the images in the gallery and enjoy the aesthetic beauties and curiosities of the micro- and nano-world.
